The Omaha Early Learning Centers at Gateway Elementary, Kennedy Elementary, and Skinner Elementary are accepting applications now. Services are offered to families who qualify based on income, residence in Douglas County, and the need for full-day, full-year care based on employment and school status.

If you or one of your children has previously enrolled at the Omaha Early Learning Centers, please Contact Us directly at any site about updating application information. 

The following documents will be required to complete your family’s application:

·         Child’s birth certificate or crib card

·         Child’s Immunization Record

·         Proof of Address

·         Proof of income for 12 months (1040, W2, Pay stubs for the last year, TANF, or SI statements)

If it’s applicable, please also provide:

·         Documentation of Title XX

·         Documentation if your child has an identified disability (IEP or IFSP)

·         Foster care placement paperwork

·         School financial aid and school schedule

·         Child support information
